Thanks. After DL'ing it, it turns out Kforth needs to be compiled. Before
attempting that, I should say that I'm most interested in comparing Linux
Forths to see which is the smallest**, so if you can say how many K the
resulting Kforth binary compiles to, that would also help.

(**And after that, the various features...)
