Your DOSTOOLS.zip is, maybe, antidiluvian? If yes, because DOSTOOLS.zip comes
with a copy of muLinux kernel, and because older mulinuz lack
loop device support, you must upgrade this installer.
I don't remember (>3.0?), but recent muLinux kernel comes with this support
built-in (no module).
