[pci] How to synthesize the PCI bridge Core?

When I choose to synthesize the fifo_control.v, the error is as follows:
   Error:Undefined macro `ifdef at or near tokern '`ifdef' (File: 
constants.v ) called from file fifo_constrol.v
   I use Design analyzer from Synopsis to synthesize the core. Does 
anybody know what's the matter and what can I do next?
