hi friends.........
  i have written a code for 2D-DCT for implementing it in a fpga using chen's algorithm AND........now to cheack that core i have also want to implemented 2D-IDCT .
  so i want to know that ..for  writing IDCT do i only have  to write only the inverse of chen's flow-graph ..........i tried it but the valuse are coming with +/_ -> 30/40 accuracy .......is it ok or do i have to get exact values as given for DCT?or is it's architecture is totally different?
   in DCT i have rounded off the ( 31  downto 0) vector (coming after dct implementation) to (16 downto 0)by taking (31 downto 16) for the output ........so will i have to take the same rounding process for IDCT or something else......(my input is of 8 -bit)?
