Re: [oc] I need a BUS! =)

Kernel is history, I just can't get it to run on the x86 due to all the
kludge and hidden manuals (ever go looking for the official docs on the
8042?)

No, it isn't I'm not a low-level hardware weenie...
I don't have the EE background to do it right, know all the tradeoffs.
I can design the processing modules, but the interconnect can take
several forms and it is not immediately relevant to the core of what I
am working on. Since I am hoping that you will do the PCI 2.1-64 and the
pci-pci bridge, I'm going to let you do just about anything you want,
just so long as it doesn't break any of the things I want to do...
(COMA), multiple topologies.. (the first generation will be a single BUS
thugh more advanced versions may use multiple buses and a routing
system, or some kind of fiber optic interconnect.)

I just need it so that it can swap pages and talk to the Perifferal bus.

Perhaps I will upgrade my OS from Win 3.11...
But It has to be more sophisticated than Win 3.11.
As well as less complicated than Win 3.11.
*AND* It must run on THE MACHINE!!!!
