Currently using 7r12 in an ext2 partition. I've downloaded 9r3, X11,
and EXT and have created the diskettes. I want to upgrade to the newest
version, but I don't want other programs that I have added/created since
first installing 7r12 to be deleted.
Can I safely clone 9r3 onto my system or is there a different procedure
for upgrading?
Please (if you don't mind) give me a step-by-step guide on upgrading my
ext2 partition.
