A problem with upgrading "usr" with the "boot-root-usr" is
that the position of the usr archive changes from one
version to the next. The result is that the setup from one
version cannot find "usr" from a different version as it
will be at the wrong block #. The workaround should be to
use ./mu -i 4 to store the usr archive on its own disk so
that it can be found at block 0.
