I have managed to setup four cards under mulinux..
12 MB RAM
no hard drive
used floppy own to load mulinux then removed the floppy drive.

However the cards have to be of different types.. in other words no two ne
or ne2k-pci it works fine..

I got two of the same type to work in other linux distributions like redhat,
suse, and slackware
