I tried doing a fresh install with 6r2 and the X11 located under the /old
directory and it failed as well. So apparently 5r7, /old/X11, and
/addons/GCC (if wanted) is the right combination. Of course EXT isn't
asked for in 5r7, so upgrading is called for.
