[usb] standard device requests

1- hi, i'm trying to developp a usb 1.0 vhdl core, about all the requests, 
did it exist an order,i know the first is get descriptor and .... , i would 
know this for my futur testbench

2- i have some problems to find informations about usb driver developpment 
for windows,do you know where i can find some informations about it ?
