[usb] Host / Device transactions

Hi,

1. If device receives an OUT data pkt with CRC or bit stuff errors, it  
   does not return handshake. Does the Host needs to resend the data
   pkt again ? 

2. If the Host receives an IN data pkt with the same errors, the host
    does not send a handshake. Does the host needs to resend the IN
    token again ?
