Our E-Mail server in the company adds the word "Proprietary" for every outgoing mail. It is not my intention to develop a proprietary IP core. Could you please help me.

Are you planning to develop an OPEN IP core or proprietary ?
If it's open I'd be glad to help, if proprietary you are at the
wrong place.
