I'm looking at designing a data path style FFT.  Intended
specs are:

- Complex FFT
- Parametised bit width
- Parametised number of points (2^n)
- Inverse FFT may be selected
- "Real time processing".  It will be able
  to process a continuous stream of data.

For starters, I will concentrate on getting
an FFT working.  From there I will look at
modifying it to support additional transforms.
