[oc] Convolution Encoder and Viterbi Decoder

Hi, I'm Made from Indenesia.

This moment I'm assigned to design Convolution Encoder and Viterbi Decoder
with the help of VHDL s/w.

But what makes me find it hard to start is that in the very short time
assignment, I've not succeded to get a picture of What those both devices
really are,What they really are for, and  How they operate in noisy
communications channels while the time keeps running.

Nb : just for information, I only have a month's time to accomplish this
assignment.
