[oc] FIFO memory

Hi all,

I have submitted to OpenCores a FIFO memory, as a
another style of implementation. 

Sorry, I didn't check Jamil's version, but I guess that the 
two versions to be similar would be quite impossible. :-))

You can find it in CVS, under 'memory_cores/FIFO2'.
