The Engels units.xcf (full colour), from engels-1.1.tar.bz2, 
with following changes:

- Moved some of the units up slightly, where possible, to reduce the
  amount of the unit which is obscured by the hitpoint bar.
  (Of course this means in some cases the national flag is slightly
  more obscured than before, but I think its worth it.)

- To make the above easier to judge, I added a non-visible layer with 
  lots of hitpoint bars.  (Could add more non-visible layers with flags, 
  letters, etc, to see effect of/on those...)
