<description>Fix nscd instability during cache pruning and garbage
collection phases that might lead to random segfaults and
assertion failures - major race condition with cache add
routines, race condition with nscd -i triggered by network
scripts, overflow in he_data setup and too risky alloca()
usage.

When using buggy nameservers (mainly those that are part of
various DSL modem firmware), there was major DNS resolving
slowdown that was caused by sending AAAA and A requests in
parallel instead of sequentially like in older versions (in
order to slightly speed up resolving in the general case).
This behaviour has been disabled again.

A crash in NIS when parsing NIS hosts file has been fixed.
unsetenv() after clearenv() does not crash anymore. Some
other DNS fixes were backported from the CVS. power6's
setcontext() does not clobber the fp register anymore.
/etc/bindresvport.blacklist parsing was fixed so that the
file is actually taken into account now. en_GB and csb_PL
weeks do not start on Tuesdays anymore.
