CGI::ASP::Lite

Implementation of IIS $Request and $Response objects in non-IIS environment.

Provides common API across both platforms.

You can write "ASP ready" CGI scripts under Apache. Making for future 
porting to IIS almost seamless.

    $IE=true if $Request->ServerVariables("HTTP_USER_AGENT")->Item =~/MSIE/;

    $Response->Write("hello<br>\n");
