To develop a CGID, the ECGI libraries provide objects dedicated to
handling user requests and the managing ksessions. The core Epeios
libraries provide what is needed to generate the XML flow. CGIDs can
be can be hosted by a different server than the one hosting the http
server, so several http server can access them simultaneously. This is
useful for load balancing and high availability.
