Plenary Meeting Pre-Registration Procedures

The IEEE 802 Executive Committee is pleased to offer you the
opportunity to pre- register for future IEEE 802 Plenary
meetings.  This will eliminate the need for you to stand in a
long registration line while at the meeting.  The following
describes the procedures for pre-registration for 802 Plenary
meetings. 

1.      Pre-registration will be accepted up to one week prior
		to the meeting. Forms arriving after this date will 
		need to be processed at the meeting.

2.      At this time, the only method of payment for this
		procedure will be by credit card.  VISA, MasterCard, 
		American Express and Discover cards are acceptable.

3.      Confirmation will be sent to you within one week of
		receipt of pre-registration.  Please bring your 
		confirmation form to the meeting as proof of pre-
		registration to protect yourself from possible 
		clerical errors.  If you should be unable to attend, 
		an offsetting credit will be automatically issued to 
		your credit card account.

4.      You will still need to pick up your name badge and all
		other relevant meeting materials at the registration 
		office upon arrival.  A separate table for pre-registered 
		attendees will be set up for your convenience.

5.      We encourage you to pre-register by completing the
		pre-registration form on the reverse side and sending it 
		by mail or fax to the address on the form.  Please send 
		your form in time to reach us one week prior to the 
		meeting to allow time for us to send you a return 
		confirmation. Pre-registration has been introduced to 
		expedite the registration process and to avoid the long 
		registration lines.  We hope you will pre-register, if 
		possible, and help to create a more efficient and 
		professional environment for our meeting.
