RESERVATION CUT-OFF DATE:  The reservation cut-off date is Friday
May 31, 1996.  We suggest 802 attendees make their reservations
immediately, making a note of the cancellation conditions (see
below) in order to cancel without penalty if necessary. 
Reservation requests made after the cut-off date may not receive
the reduced IEEE 802 rate.  

CANCELLATION POLICIES:  Individual hotels may have particular
cancellation penalties.  CHECK THE HSS CAREFULLY.  In most
cases, except where otherwise noted, cancellations to the
University of Twente housing office within 48 hours prior to
your anticipated arrival time, will not be assessed a penalty. 
Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival time,
and "no shows", may be assessed a one night's room and tax
penalty.
