[usb] USB1.1 : IDMA.v

I found the verilog code for USB1.1 on opencores.
But the module IDMA.v is not so clear for me.  Is it possible to have 
some explanation about this code and the meaning of it?
It would be a great help.
It is not the only module I do not understand.

Maybe there is somebody who had studied all the modules and has an 
explanation on the whole thing from USB1.1? Then I would understand 
everything in the code. 
Because I do not understand everything with the spec1.1 only.
