FSTN exist in periodic schedules.
It only has pointers to data structures (not data buffers).
Moreover Back Path Link Pointer points to a QH (obviously interrupt QH).
When in recovery path, HC is supposed to ignore siTD and iTD and follow
their next link pointer.
Check section 4.12.2.2.1 of EHCI spec.
