[usb] usb device driver

hi
	i appreciate the great effort, u have put forward in putting up
this great site. i have a question. i am doing a project that is going to
load data from a USB compatible camera "programmatically". i am currently
using win 2k. but there won't be any problem in using win9x either. i
can't find some c or vc written open source USB device driver. plz help me
on this. i'll be really grateful.
