I made a mistake in the sync field it should be like this :
 
(IDLE)        SYNC            NOTPID-PID        DEVICE ADDRESS        ENDPOINT ADDRESS        CRC5        SE0        JSTATE        (IDLE)
              10101011           0111 0010                 1010101                            0101                         01011
 
So the error could also be in the sync field, yours shows only seven bits and I think it should be eight
