[oc] Interview with Rudolf Usselmann about Open Source HW and Open Cores.

If anyone haven't noticed it yet, our friend Graham Seaman from Open Collector
fame have done a good interview with Rudolf Usselmann about his thoughts on
Open Source hardware, IP-cores etc. The interview gets into things like GPL,
the need for good, freely available tools, Wishbone etc.
