[oc] Official Wishbone rev.B2 specs available

Hi All,

As of October 10th, the official Wishbone rev.B2 specs have been released. 
They can be downloaded from the silicore website, www.silicore.net/wishbone.htm

All new cores, using a wishbone interface, should be compliant to this spec.


Those who would like to know the differences between the rev.B1 and rev.B2 
specs, check the wbspec_b1_chgtrk document, because they are to numerous to 
list.
