[oc] Which Tools Work with ATMEL FPSLIC?

I now have the Open Tech 1.1.0 CDROM set

Can any of the tools on this cdrom set generate

FPGA configuration bitstreamss for Atmel Parts?

(Particularly the Atmel FPSLIC)

 

How about for Xilinx parts?

 

Which parts (Atmel, Xilinx, other) are best for

implementing open cores?
