Event Triggered
Operation
To access the event triggered operation, click the Trigger tab
under the Configuratin Parameters panel.
To reduce the chance of data loss caused by hardware failure, the controller/subsystem
can automatically commence an auto cache flush upon the detection of the following
conditions. Write-back caching is also switched to Write-through caching mode.
1. Controller failure
2. BBU low or Failed
3. Power supply Failure (single PSU failure)
4. Fan Failure
5. Temperature Exceeds preset Thresholds
Select the check box(es) of events you wish the controller/subsystem to commence
the cache flush for.
Note the thresholds on temperature refer to the defaults set for “RAID
controller board temperature.”
