ahw: Calculates Continuous Time Likelihood Ratio Weights Assuming
Multiplicative Intensity Models and Additive Hazard Models
Estimates continuous time weights for performing causal survival
analysis. For instance, weighted Nelson-Aalen or Kaplan-Meier
