Tintin++ version 1.64, mods level 3.

This is a different version of Tintin++ version 1.64. I took it upon
myself to fix the latest version of tintin, and since I can't find the
delevelopers, I am uploading it to sites in hopes of them accepting it
and adding it to their filesystem.

In this version, I fixed a few bugs that caused tintin to crash in the
last version.

In case you don't know what TinTin++ is, it is a mud client.
