My problem is that:

writing an HTML page, I like to add an urls referencing different
TCP ports from them host where the referring page is hosted:

There is some special syntax that avoid to specify the hostname, like
in the relative url syntax:

        <a href="/a_page.html"> ?
        
for example:

        <a href="http://.:port/"> et cetera?

(obiusly <a href="http://localhost:port/"> doesn't works)
