This email is a paradigmatic pack of lies, interesting to inspect.
Analyzing its (MIME) content, you find an URL.bat that pretend
to be a dos batch file, but is registered in the message body
with the MIME header "audio/midi".
But if you save it on tmpfile and check its filetype with "file"
you will find:
#server:/tmp# file URL*
>> URL.bat: MS-DOS executable (EXE), OS/2 or MS Windows
So: these are the miserables tricks that these swindler uses.
