A syllogism :-). True: I like italian opera and baroque music, but I mostly
know Verdi and Puccini. When a little boy, I used to play this kind of music
with my clarinet Sib in the municipal orchestra.

I do not know this opera, sorry (this a minor work, I think: major are
"Il barbiere di Siviglia", "Semiramide" and "Guglielmo Tell"). But
I can translate easily, although this is a sort of adulterated italian:

                "oh fair Sky, in this danger ...".

Periglio is very old equivalent for "pericolo", i.e. danger, risk (very
common in Dante Alighieri).

<unappy joke>
or .. are you connecting Maometto with Sky and danger???

"Vissi d'arte": Giacomo Puccini, la Boheme?
"Vissi" is the past of the verb "vivere", but "Visi" is plural of "viso",
face. So "Faces of art" is also good :-)

No problem. On this list, computer science is a minor subject.
