The e3 distri contains an early C version for
any other than Intel/AMD x86 CPUs.
I've gotten some success reports for runing on
Sparc, Mips and Alpha .... CPUs

At all it is possible if
* GCC is on the destination platform
  (maybe cross compiling works?)
* the destination platform understands terminal sequences
  like VT100,VT200,VT300 xterm etc.
* the destination platform has a libc

Don't know how your IPAC meets this Unix like basics.
