Yes, the problem you describe is quite easy to get solved. Just download all
the images for the floppies, gather all the info and etc. you'd need, get
the boot/installation script for DOS. Then burn the directory on the CD.
After you do that, you can install muLinux everywhere where you've got a
working i386 DOS system with a CD drive. The filesystem doesn't really
matter at this stage...
