the previous post went through form the wrong email address...thats what i
get for doing three in outlook express....anyways....this is the correct
address to contact me by...the other is my father's....(trust me he isnt a
linux person)

incase the server didnt accept it here it is

Anyone know how to get this working under muLinux?

I am new to Linux and muLinux looked like a great way to start. I especially
like the UMSDOS install because if all else fails I know I can still boot to
a C: prompt (familiar territory for me).

BTW I have two success stories:

Runs great on a Toshiba T4800CT laptop with the exception of PCMCIA, it
won't detect my 14,4 megahertz modem no matter what i do. Otherwise,
excellent everything works (including X and it doesnt show up with a tiny
window, it runs full size with the standard config file).

Also runs on an old Packard Bell D130 (this is what the network card is in).
I have some old IBM cards...would i be better off swapping to one of them
(they are ISA cards and are the type with AUI, RJ-45 and BNC connectors,
they are REALLY old, the instructions have a section devoted to XTs, but i
think they will run under win95 which is also installed on the packard bell)

Can I compile source for a driver if I can find it? if so, how?

Thanks in advance for any help,
Eli

P.S. I think muLinux is gonna make it onto my wearable when i get it built.
:)
