Access DOS partition with loop-image

Hi,

Im using version 11r2 and cloned it
to a loop-image on my DOS partition (hda1).

Now under mu-lin I'm unable to get access
to the DOS partition from where mu-lin mounted its root-image.

$ mount -t vfat /dev/hda1 /c

says that /dev/hda1 is already mounted.

Perhaps, a
$ cat /proc/mounts

gives:
/dev/hda1 /loop msdos rw 0 0

I've found some hints in the "Loopback Root Filesystem-HOWTO"
about using a "fake mount" to gain access.
But it worked not for me :-(

Thanks in advance,

Marco
