I think you're confusing two seperate scripts: (1) 'mu' in the main
archive you downloaded, is used to create disks from within whatever
system you are in at that moment. Possibly BEFORE you installed mu.
(2) 'setup' is used from within mu to add all kinds of features. Given an
addon (on a floppy) it can be integrated with setup -i ...
