Please.... tell us about your networks. This can't be answersed in
general.

This only has effect to module loading. After successfull load you have
eth0, eth1.

What does this mean? If both card are detected eth0 and eth1 should be
there. What are the message when loading module ne and what is "cat
/proc/net/dev" look like?
