Any addon come with a "prolog" file: in this case /usr/tex/bin/prolog.
Run this script. It create a lot of required symlinks.
>From an Xwindow terminal, I tried 'lyx',
lyx require the directory /usr/local/lib/lyx. Please, use "prolog"
and all will work.
