Thank's, it works for the network part of my card,
( 3COM Megahertz 10/100 Lan + 56K modem)
but the modem is not recognize.
I set the card like this:
        card "3Com 3COM Megahertz 10/100 LAN + 56K Modem"
        manfid 0x0101, 0x0556
        bind "3c574_cs" to 0, "serial_cs" to 1
