This guy is certainly breaking your copyright.  I'd drop him a 'cease-and-desist'
email right away.  He may claim, however, that he's charging the fees
entirely for shipping and configuration, and giving the software away.
I'm not sure if that's a valid claim or not...anybody on this list moonlight
as a lawyer?
