AFAIK there is no DHCP support in mulinux.

There is _no_ password support in mulinux. Type in anything and you are in.

I suggest using a full linux distribution via NFS root, perhaps BOOTP and a
small disk on the client for swap and perhaps for booting.

If you mean duplicating floppies, just do

cp /dev/fd1770 diskcontent.file once

and format the floppy and copy the file back.
But I gues you mean modifiing included modules...

If you do not want to use mulinux: There is a bunch of tools to sync files
from a master location to a local directory: rdist and rsync come to my
mind (and NFS copy via cron)
